1. Acceptance
By creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
3. Courses & certificates
Course content, assessments and certificates are issued by Leap Institute. Where a course is accredited, the accrediting body's rules apply in addition to these Terms.
4. Payments
Paid courses are billed in ZAR through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed you receive immediate access for the period stated on the course page. See our Refund Policy for cancellation rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may not share your account, redistribute course content, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach this clause.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials remain the property of Leap Institute or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access them for your own learning.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Johannesburg High Court.
