1. 14-day cool-off
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. This aligns with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA, 68 of 2008).
2. After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion and reviewed case-by-case. Technical failures on our side that prevent access are always eligible for a full refund.
3. Accredited qualifications
For multi-month accredited programmes, fees paid for modules already commenced are non-refundable. Fees for future modules are refundable on written request 30 days before the module start.
4. How to request
Email refunds@leapinstitute.co.za with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.
5. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
